The team provides an opportunity for the athletes at the high school level who already participate in the sport individually to now be a part of a group and work toward team goals in addition to their own goals.
Participants will improve their skills throughout the season, become better performers, and get many opportunities to skate for an audience with the team between periods at boys’ and girls’ high school hockey games. Skaters are expected to continue to skate individually and must work towards competition and testing goals throughout the season. Students will try out for the team and must be able to demonstrate a single axle. Additional team fees required.
