Adapted Floor Hockey
Who: Co-Ed Grades 7-12 - $126.50
Practice Schedule: 3 - 4:30 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays.
This is a co-op team with Mahtomedi High School and fields two teams in varsity and JV. All practices will be held in the synthetic gym of SAHS.
Dates of Importance:
Monday, Dec. 4: First Day of Practice
Monday, Dec. 4: Parent/Guardian/Student-Athlete Meeting at 4:30 p.m.
Equipment Needed: Sweatpants or shorts, t-shirt, tennis shoes and water bottle.

- Players NEED to wear sweatpants (or shorts), an athletic shirt, and tennis shoes. (Please no jeans/street clothes - this will be enforced)
- Each player should bring a water bottle each day to practice
- Please arrive at practice at least 10 minutes early, so we can start on-time
- Helmets, gloves, sticks are provided for each player
- Parents please arrive by 4:30 to pick up your son or daughter
- It is expected all players attend practices to prepare for games
GAMES:
- First game is Thursday, Dec. 14, 2023
- All games begin at 4:30 pm
- For the away games, players will need to bring their gear to school
- For home games, players will be going home after school and returning to school for the games
