Track and Field - Girls

Who: Grades 9-12 - $214.50
When: March 11 - June 8, 2024
Practice Schedule: 2:30 - 4:30 p.m. on school days with Saturday morning optional practices to be determined.

Dates of Importance:
First Day of Practice: March 11 at 2:30 p.m. - Outdoor track or indoor gym (weather dependent).
Student-Athlete Meeting: Feb. 26, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. - SAHS D205
Parent/Guardian Meeting: March 19, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. - SAHS Cafeteria 

Equipment Needed: Running Shoes, event-specific competition shoes (sprint spikes or throwing shoes) by week two, water bottle, and warm clothes for early season.

Additional Team Fee: TBD

Open to all eligible athletes in grades 9-12, there are no cuts from the team and everyone gets to compete in the season's 18 different events.
