Elementary and Middle School students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when attending football games at Pony Stadium.
The parent/guardian must purchase a ticket and remain in the stadium.
Athletic contest tickets are general admission and the number sold will be limited to venue capacity. Adults $8/Students & Senior Citizens (60+) $5
Limited in-person sales may be available but are not guaranteed: $10/$5
Fine Arts performance tickets will be either general admission or reserved seating. Prices vary.

Pony Pass (Season Pass)
2022-2023 Pony Passes
- Pass may be used during the Fall, Winter and Spring Seasons.
- Valid for all regular season home athletic contests.
- Not valid for hockey games.
- Not valid for section or state contests.
- Non-transferable and may not be used for multiple entries.
- Adults – Post High School: $75
- Students (SAHS Grades 9-12 Only) & Senior Citizens (60+): $50
- Passes must be pre-ordered.
- Please send an email to delahuntj@stillwaterschools.org to reserve a pass.
- Cash or Check Only – must be paid for when picked up.
- Passes are processed Monday through Friday and may take up to 24 hours to process.
- You will be emailed when your pass is ready for pick up.
When placing an order for an adult/senior citizen pass, please include name and address.
When placing an order for a student pass, please include name and graduation year.

General Senior Citizen Pass Information
- District residents 60 and older are eligible to receive a Senior Activity Pass.
- Senior passes can be used for FREE admission to Stillwater Area High School athletic and fine arts performances. You must have your pass with you to gain entry to the venue.
- All senior pass holders should be registered on the district pass list; when provided a senior pass, your name will be added to our list to reference for future use.
- Senior passes do not expire; they are life-long. However, the passes are not transferrable and must be used by the pass holder.
- Senior passes can be picked up at our Central Services Building at 1875 Greeley St. S. in Stillwater, or call 651-351-8340 to have it mailed.
Athletic Events - Senior Citizen Pass
- Senior pass holders are able to use their senior pass for entrance to home conference competitions.
- The senior pass is not good for section, state, or championship competitions hosted at Stillwater Area High School.
Using Your Senior Citizen Pass for Athletic Events
- Please show your senior pass to the person scanning tickets at the entryway to the competition’s venue.
- For football games, please enter via the Pass Gate.
Fine Arts Performances - Senior Citizen Pass
- Senior pass holders are able to request one complimentary ticket to a performance or concert. The pass holder must be the person using the ticket as tickets are not transferable.
- Senior pass holders will have assigned seating for performances, regardless if other tickets are general admission.
- If a concert or performance has multiple dates or times, you must select the one concert/performance you would like to attend.
- There are a limited number of senior pass tickets available for each performance. Requests will be filled in the order received.
- Unclaimed senior pass tickets will be released to sell to the public 48 hours before the day of the performance.
- If you request a ticket and do not use it, future ticket requests for the school year will be declined. If you have a ticket and are unable to attend, please let us know to ensure others are able to attend.
Using Your Senior Citizen Pass for Fine Arts Performances
- Please call our Activities office at 651-351-8030 to request a ticket, or you may stop by the SAHS Activities Office during business hours to pick up in advance.
- Our SAHS Activities Office is located at Door 11W in the Pony Activity Center (PAC) at Stillwater Area High School, 5701 Stillwater Blvd., Stillwater, MN 55082.
- You may be asked to come into the SAHS Activities Office to physically show your senior pass and to add your name to the list if your name has not yet been added.
- Our SAHS Activities Office is located at Door 11W in the Pony Activity Center (PAC) at Stillwater Area High School, 5701 Stillwater Blvd., Stillwater, MN 55082.
- Once a ticket is reserved, we can either e-mail the ticket to you, or have you stop by our SAHS Activities Office to pick it up.
- Before the performance, you will then present your ticket with the code to the usher to be scanned.

ATHLETIC TICKETING

Each employee and one guest get free admission to home athletic contests.
- The employee must have their badge - no exceptions.
- One guest per employee is admitted free of charge.
- The employee must be attending the contest with their guest.
- Employees are asked to wear their badge while in attendance.
- Employees go directly to the entrance of the venue and show the individual scanning tickets their staff badge. At home football games, please enter via the last gate on the west/right.
- Section and State Contests are excluded.
- Additional tickets may be purchased online.
- Employee ID Badges are not accepted at St. Croix Valley Rec Center. All attendees must purchase tickets online. Tickets will not be available for purchase at St. Croix Valley Rec Center.
FINE ARTS TICKETING

Individual staff members are able to request one complimentary ticket to a performance or concert. You, the staff member, must be the person using the ticket. Tickets are not transferable.
- If a concert or performance has multiple dates or times, you must select the one concert/performance you would like to attend.
- You will have an assigned seat regardless of if other tickets are general admission.
- There are a limited number of staff tickets available for each performance. Requests will be filled in the order received.
- If you wish to get tickets for additional family members, you may purchase via Hometown Ticketing. You will not be sitting together.
- Once all available tickets are claimed, an email will be sent out to all district staff.
- Unclaimed staff tickets will be released to sell to the public 48 hours before the day of the performance.
- If you request a ticket and do not use it, future ticket requests for the 2021-2022 school year will be declined.
How to Reserve Your Ticket
- When tickets go on sale, send an email to Jacki Delahunt at delahuntj@stillwaterschools.org.
- In the subject line of the email: Staff Fine Arts Ticket Request.
- In the body of the email include the following information:
- Name
- Assigned Work Location
- Name of Performance/Concert
- Time of Performance/Concert if there are multiple options.
- A ticket will be reserved for you and sent to you via email.
- You can print the ticket with your ticket specific code and bring it with you to the performance or save your email with the code.
- When you arrive for the performance, please have your code available for scanning by the usher.
