Electronic Ticketing for Home Events
Individual Athletic Contest Tickets - Regular Season Contests Only
Adults: $8
Students (K-12) & Senior Citizens (60+): $5
- All tickets are general admission.
- The number of tickets available is limited to venue capacity.
- Tickets will be available to purchase one week prior to the contest.
- Through Spring 2023 events, limited in-person sales may be available but are not guaranteed. In-person tickets cost $10 for adults and $5 for K-12 students and senior citizens (60+).
- Beginning Fall 2024, all tickets will be electronic with no in-person sales.
Pony Athletic Annual Passes - Regular Season Contests Only
Adults: $75
Students (K-12) & Senior Citizens (60+): $50
- Good for Fall, Winter and Spring contests, except hockey at St. Croix Valley Rec Center.
- A separate season pass for home hockey games will be available for purchase at a later date.
- Pass is not valid for section or state contests hosted by Stillwater Area High School.
- Electronic purchase only. No physical pass will be issued.

Fine Arts Performance Tickets
- Tickets will be either general admission or reserved seating. Prices vary.
- Please check the performance schedule to find out when tickets are available for purchase.
Pony Stadium Guidelines
- There is no re-entry to the stadium.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted into Pony Stadium.
- Pony Stadium is a bag-free facility, where backpacks, belt bags, purses, and bags of any kind are prohibited.
- K-8 students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, with no more than six students per adult.
- For the comfort and safety of all, those who do not follow fan guidelines will be escorted from the facility.
- Students have the option to sit in either the home bleachers or be in the grassy area at the south end of the stadium to cheer on the Ponies.
- To help keep the entrance clear, avoid gathering in the concrete area near the north end gates.

General Senior Citizen Pass Information
- District residents 60 and older are eligible to receive a Senior Activity Pass.
- Senior passes can be used for FREE admission to Stillwater Area High School athletic and fine arts performances.
- All senior pass holders should be registered on the district pass list; when provided a senior pass, your name will be added to our list.
- Senior passes do not expire. Passes are not transferable.
- Senior passes can be picked up at our Central Services Building at 1875 Greeley St. S. in Stillwater, or call 651-351-8340 to have it mailed.
Athletic Events - Senior Citizen Pass
- Senior pass holders are able to use their senior pass for entrance to home conference regular season competitions.
- The senior pass is not good for section, state, or championship competitions hosted by Stillwater Area High School.
Using Your Senior Citizen Pass for Athletic Events
- Please show your senior pass to the person scanning tickets at the entryway to the competition’s venue.
- For football games, please enter via the Pass Gate.
Fine Arts Performances - Senior Citizen Pass
- Senior pass holders are able to request one complimentary ticket to a performance or concert. The pass holder must be the person using the ticket.
- If there are multiple performances of the same concert or play, pass holders must choose one performance.
- Complimentary tickets provide assigned seating located in the last two rows of House Right & House Left of the auditorium. If a senior citizen pass holder wants to sit elsewhere in the auditorium, they must purchase a ticket.
- There are a limited number of senior pass tickets available for each performance. Requests will be filled in the order received.
- Unclaimed senior pass tickets will be released to sell to the public 48 hours before the performance.
- Please email gahlona@stillwaterschools.org to request a ticket, or you may stop by the SAHS Activities Office during business hours to pick up in advance.
- The SAHS Activities Office is located in the Pony Activity Center (PAC) at Stillwater Area High School, 5701 Stillwater Blvd., Stillwater, MN 55082. Please enter via Door 11W.
- If your name does not appear on the master pass list, you may be asked to come into the SAHS Activities Office to physically show your senior pass. Your name will be added to the master list.
- Once a ticket is reserved, the electronic version will be sent to you via e-mail, or you may pick up a physical copy from the SAHS Activities Office in person.
- Upon arrival at the performance, show your electronic or paper ticket to an usher to be scanned.
Staff ticket guidelines
ATHLETICS
Each employee and ONE guest receive free admission to home regular season athletic contests.
- The employee must wear their badge and remain at the contest with their guest.
- Employees show their badge to ticketing staff at the entrance of the venue.
- At home football games, enter via the pass gate at the main entrance to Pony Stadium.

FINE ARTS
Individual staff members are able to request one complimentary ticket to a performance or concert. The staff member, must be the individual using the ticket.
- Complimentary staff tickets are located in the last two rows of the auditorium. If you plan to attend a concert or performance with another person who is not a district staff member, you will not be sitting together.
- If a concert or performance has multiple dates or times, you must select the one concert/performance you would like to attend.
- You will have an assigned seat even if all other tickets are general admission.
- There are a limited number of staff tickets available. Requests will be filled in the order received.
- If you wish to get tickets for additional non staff members, you may purchase via Hometown Ticketing. You will not be sitting together.
- Unclaimed staff tickets will be released to sell to the public 48 hours before the day of the performance.
- Community Education performances are not included.

How to Reserve Your Ticket
- When tickets go on sale to the public, send an email to Amanda Gahlon at gahlona@stillwaterschools.org.
- In the subject line of the email: Staff Fine Arts Ticket Request
- In the body of the email include the following information:
- Name
- Assigned Work Location
- Name of Performance/Concert
- Time of Performance/Concert if there are multiple options
- A ticket will be reserved for you and sent to you via email.
- When you arrive for the performance, please have your electronic ticket ready to be scanned by the usher.
